Greetings From Beijing.
China got us again. First, it was the China Virus. Now, it’s a spiffy little AI program. This tech wonderment was developed in a few hours with barely enough chips to run a flip-top phone. The nervous boys at the stock market panic, that’s what they do best. They start selling tech stocks and ruining millions of folks. Has anyone in our government checked to see if this CCP program works? I doubt it. We can be assured that the technology was handed over to China for a few million. Maybe it was passed in a brown envelope delivered by a devious first son. Or perhaps someone hacked it from a secure computer while the tech was napping in their safe room. It doesn’t much matter now: they got us good this time. We need Denzel Washington or Sylvester Stallone to take names and kick ass.
Is this the newest Sputnik moment?

I know, right? Trump hasn’t addressed this yet. Listening to him talk to the House GOP. But I think he’s on it. All the anti-vaxxers who supported him are all crazed because of AI and mRNA for cancer and those tech guys he had on a bit ago. Hello. The whole point is we need informed consent and it might have potential uses for cancer and things like that, but it won’t be imposed on the masses. And probably studied more, though Trump got through the Right to Try bill last time. All fine. People aren’t real good at critical thinking.

AI. I’ve used the WP AI to produce a few pictures, but it seems to always get it wrong. Not a fan.

The only time I use it is if I write a paragraph that just doesn’t sound good…I’ll say “smooth this up” and paste what I have…my words but they sound much better…I have done a couple of pictures.

I gave it some information and told the bot to write a short story. It was horrendous, nothing historically correct. That’s what WP spellcheck is, an AI program and it does a decent job.

Yes it does…oh I use grammarly as well. What I do when I say “smooth it out”…I go back and rewrite the rewrite so it sounds like me! So it’s probably a waste of time now that realize it.
